This fabulous retreat is much more than yoga, like last year we want to nurture the complete wellbeing of your mind, body and soul.

Who will be dazzling you at this retreat? Well lets start with…

Me! I will be leading you through a kick-ass Life Coaching workshop to give you all a taste of the life coaching techniques I use to help my clients change their lives for the better. Is a lot of fun and I am really excited to share some of my work with you. Also of course I will be teaching the yoga!

Caroline Cranshaw, HypnotherapistCaroline Cranshaw: is the best hypnotherapist in New Zealand. Caroline is a lot of fun, and oooo she is good! She will be holding a workshop session plus have a limited number of one on one sessions available. If you have every been curious about what hypnotherapy can do for you then this is your opportunity!

Rachel Wotten: Rachel was the afreakingmazing energy healer who rocked people’s worlds last time. Rachel is back, not only doing a limited number of one on one healings, but also a fascinating workshop. Do not miss!

 

Tess

Tess Bos  will be showing us how to to show you how to get fit and strong without needing the gym in the beautiful grounds at the retreat centre. Tess is an elite personal trainer with over 20 years experience who gets results, but keeps it not just physical but fun.

 

TraceyTracey McKay – is the my faboulous  Positive Balance co- Yoga Teacher who will be leading deep dive workshops into Yoga Nidra and Meditation. Any of you who have already experienced Tracey’s classes will know what passion and energy she brings to the mat. A true yogi who will help you deepen your practice.

 

Claire Turnbull, Mission NutritionAnd last but by no means least I am delighted to report that the very fabulous Claire Turnbull from Mission Nutrition, The Healthy Food Guide and TVNZ will be returning this year to give us a nutrition seminar. Claire’s workshop last year was SO popular we’ve made it longer this year, AND she will also be signing copies of her new fab book “Lose Weight For Life”. Claire  is awesomesauce personified and the feedback from her seminar last year was amazing, I can’t wait to see what she has in store for us this year.

Because we enjoyed these beautiful, tranquil settings so much last year our retreat will again be held at the Kawai Purapura.  Situated amongst stunning native bush just off the old Albany Highway on Mill Lane.  Local and lovely!  Click to view map

Food

Yummy healthy food will be provided throughout the day…promising to be even better than last year.  There’s a new chef and I’m personally taste testing in advance. Claire will also be doing a cooking demonstration and we get to eat the results! It’s going to be a detox and doing you good from the inside out.

Relax

There is a pool, it’s summer…you don’t have to do every single in the programme, it’s a retreat, not bootcamp! Just like last year you can use the retreat as a relaxing getaway from life’s demands, and chill by the pool or book a massage. you absolutely pick and choose to attend what feels good to your body and soul. Plus, you get to hang out with other super cool people and use the retreat to rejuvenate.
