Good all round workout of the body and mind

I have been to several yoga classes over the years, and this one really rates! It is a good all round workout of the body and mind. Consistently. The advantage of this one over many others is that most muscles in the body are used in every class, whereas in other yoga schools you might work hips one week, then shoulders the next.
