I have been attending yoga classes at Positive Balance for more than three years now. I had lower back problems and felt this may help, and it certainly has made a huge difference. Louise has a wonderful approach with her students, challenging them yet also letting them know that it’s their body and they know their own limits. The exercise, stretching and final relaxation always leave me feeling amazing so I’m keen to go back even when it’s a cold wintry night. I asked my husband if he would like to come along expecting a “no”, but he said “yes” and has been attending for almost two years now. Even though we’re older we don’t feel uncomfortable as there is a wide cross section of ages and abilities all working at their own level under Louises expert tuition. I would highly recommend Positive Balance’s wonderful learning environment.
