I’ve been going to Positive Balance for 2 years now. I started with one class per week, but I found that I was enjoying the classes so much that I changed my membership to unlimited attendance. The thing I like the most about yoga at Positive Balance is the yoga instructor’s style – she’s not “pushy” – she encourages you to do your best, to get the best outcome for yourself – but never expects the same level from everyone. You never feel like you have to compete with the others. I never thought I’d be able to make so much time and commit to yoga. Now if I miss a class, I really miss it and can’t wait to go back. It makes me feel great – I’d really recommend Positive Balance yoga to everyone.
