Well, where do I begin? I am loving Yoga so much I wish I’d found you years ago! But I feel like sometimes things have to happen in life to push you into these things. In my case it was breaking my arm. I knew that eventually some sort of rehabilitation exercise would be necessary but that as a busy mum of three fitting it in would be difficult. I am so pleased with myself for making time for Yoga class, it really is the only time of the week I am completely relaxed. Last week I just about fell asleep to your soothing voice at the end there! I’ve always been someone who’s avoided exercise but I can truly say that Yoga is something I hope to eventually work into my day, every day.
