I was so excited today driving to yoga. Seriously. I have missed it, especially as I chose instead to try the gym thing last term. Big mistake. I have been telling everyone how much I was missing it. I‘ve mentioned to several people over the last week that I was going back to yoga and that I was so pleased that I was going back. I’ve been feeling stiff and achy and I was craving a good yoga workout.
I came home after my class this evening and said to my flatmate that I felt so good and that I had loved being back at yoga. He laughed and said he’d never heard me say that after I’d been to the gym.
I love your yoga class! My body feels healthy and I feel happy. There’s not really any bits I like more than others, I think the whole thing works really well.
