Practice schedule…about 30 minutes or so…

For those of you who are keen to keep up that hard-won flexibility over the Christmas holidays just pop your yoga mat in your suitcase and take it with you! It’s super light and easy and because we practice such a pure form of yoga with no props required all you need is your mat and yourself! You can practice wherever you are…just grab your mat and take a little time and grab some peace and quiet amidst the Christmas madness!

This schedule is a condensed version of should take you about half an hour…it will keep you flexible if you can make time to practice once or twice a week. if you would like a longer class then feel free to add in any other asanas you like.
