Yoga classes on the North Shore, Auckland
"Just wanted to let you know how much I enjoyed your class last night. I am 58 with increasing stiffness from aches and pains in hips and knees from too much jogging in earlier years, tennis and a fairly sedentary day job. I was beginning to feel that it was all a bit downhill from here! I have been to quite a few yoga classes over the years and enjoyed them all but last night it felt ‘different’. I felt energised but very relaxed and felt that every muscle and tendon in my body had been utilised. I slept very well, which is another plus after quite a few nights of tossing and turning recently. Thanks so much" - Pam
