No questions from me today, however I would just like to express my gratitude to you. I have now completed two terms of yoga and am loving it! I am relatively new to my profession and being a health practitioner I have noticed that if I get run down it really can sap my energy so I find it really good to have that time each week to be present and really focus on my own energy and mental state.
I also want to let you know how much I am enjoying your articles in Wellbeing Wednesday and your Herald articles. The tip I’ve found really motivating the past few weeks is that change of thinking of ‘I should…’ or “I need to…’. This has been especially helpful for motivation for getting up in the morning to go to boot camp and to also eat more healthily. Now when I am tempted to sleep in or have a slice of cake I remind myself that I like to look after myself. It’s amazing how much it helps!
Any how I just wanted you to know how I am feeling. I thought rather than just thinking how amazing you are I would let you know!
