This is the perfect course for complete beginners who have never tried yoga before, or for students who have been out of their practice for some time. In a carefully graduated course, learn the basic techniques of yoga at a comfortable and safe pace. Free yoga mat included in the course fee.
This is for students who have already completed the Beginners course or who have been practicing yoga reasonably regularly elsewhere. Class moves more quickly in a flow between asanas with multiple variations depending on your flexibility and strength.
Positive Balance classes are held in a fabulous space in Northcote on Auckland’s North Shore. Light and airy and with great heating in the winter! There is plenty of parking.
