Class descriptions:
Beginners Yoga
This is the perfect course for complete beginners who have never tried yoga before, or students who have been out of their practice for some time. In a carefully graduated course learn the basic techniques of yoga at a comfortable and safe place. Free yoga mat included in the course fee.
Intermediate Yoga
This is for students who have already completed the Beginners course or who have been practising yoga reasonably regularly elsewhere. Class moves more quickly in a flow between asanas with multiple variations depending on your flexibility and strength.
