Our 12-week Beginners class is perfect for anyone brand new or wary of Yoga! The carefully curated course has introduced hundreds of people to yoga over 15 years of operating! The course will carefully take you through the varied styles of yoga on offer, and help to reconnect with your breath and your body. We know you’ll Sleep Better, Move Better and Stressless with a little Positive balance Yoga in your life!

* All Positive Balance staff are fully vaccinated and students will need to be too.
* Masks are essential on arrival and leaving class, and covid tracer app my at be used.
* Vaccination passports can be sent to on booking or shown to the teacher at class.
* If classes are unable to operate under any future covid guidelines, a credit or refund for classes missed will be given.
